3. Public and auxiliary projects and their support

(1) Water supply: There is no process water in the production process of this project, and the main water is domestic water, relying on the water supply pipe network in the plant.

(2) Drainage: "rain and sewage diversion" has been implemented in the drainage of the plant area. After the rainwater is collected by the rainwater pipe network, it is discharged into the municipal rainwater pipe network. Domestic sewage relies on the urban sewage pipe network of Suzhou Almaden Co., Ltd., and takes over into Suzhou Longcheng Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. and finally enters Suzhou Jiangbian Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment. Heat supply: There are currently three central heating facilities in the district, namely the First Thermal Power Plant, the Southeast Thermal Power Plant and the Guangyuan Thermal Power Plant. According to the planning and calculation, the existing facilities can basically meet the long-term heat load demand.
